Scott has spent the last 17 years in the financial industry. He is an Investment Advisor Representative of Creative Financial Designs, Inc. based out of Kokomo, Indiana. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ as well as a Certified Kingdom Advisor®, and is licensed in life, accident and health insurance. Scott has spent many years assisting clients transition into Medicare specifically, helping them navigate this along with Social Security claiming strategies.

Prior to forming Firm Foundations Financial Group LLC with his business partner, David Simeone, in early 2024, Scott owned and operated Lucas Wealth and Insurance Planning. Prior to that, Scott was the Executive Vice President at a boutique advisory firm in the greater Pittsburgh area where he managed the Wealth Management needs of the company. He grew to love working alongside clients to plan better futures for them and their families. Scott specializes in walking clients through the financial planning process in a way that puts them at ease. His advice has helped clients plan, prepare for and finally transition into retirement for many years.

He earned his MEd from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 and his BS in Environmental Science from Westminster College in 1995 in New Wilmington, PA.

Scott met his wife, Shari in 1992. Clients will see Shari from time-to-time as she attends the different company events. Scott and Shari have resided in the Greensburg, PA area for over 25 years and when they aren’t taking a day trip to Presque Isle in Erie, PA or Pymatuning reservoir, you might see them taking a walk along one of the area’s many trails. Their faith is the backbone for their relationship and influences all that they do, both privately as well as with the company.
